Periodic Inspection and Testing relates to a buildings electrical system. By conducting these tests you can ensure the continuing safety of the fixed electrical installation within your organization.

Our electrical testing engineers are trained to 17th Edition amendment part1, and all hold City & Guilds qualifications. This guarantees that our work is being completed to the latest regulations.

Engineers will attend; outside of working hours if necessary and complete a full inspection and testing program. We will then provide you with a simple, clearly written report detailing the condition of your installation and any works that may be required.

P&S Electrical welcome the latest amendment to the 17th Edition Regulations making the new, easier to understand condition report. This report will become the requirement from any periodic installation test and will detail in clear language exactly what has been found and what faults, if any, need to be corrected.
